- Design and quote. I reply with a sketch, a price and a timescale.
- Made at the bench. Forged by hand in sterling silver. I send photographs along the way.
- Hallmarked and sent. Where the law requires it, pieces are hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office before they reach you.
